is the UK's leading gardening charity dedicated to advancing horticulture and promoting good gardening.
Our goal is to help people share a passion for plants, to encourage excellence in horticulture and inspire all those with an interest in gardening. With the support of our members, we are helping two million school children with the RHS Campaign for School Gardening, supporting communities through RHS Britain in Bloom, encouraging people to grow their own food through our Grow Your Own campaign and running research projects and surveys.
Join the RHS and help us support gardening and horticulture across the UK.
There are 47 individual Wildlife Trusts covering the whole of the UK and the Isle of Man and Alderney. All are working for an environment rich in wildlife for everyone. Our vision is to create A Living Landscape and secure Living Seas. We manage 2,300 nature reserves, advise thousands of landowners and work with schools and local communities to mange land for the benefit of wildlife. We also run marine conservation projects across the UK.
You can help support our work by joining your local Wildlife Trust
Together the RHS and The Wildlife Trusts run two gardening projects – the Big Wildlife Garden and Wild About Gardens. Visit these websites for hints and tips on creating your own wildlife garden.
